In this retreat we explore the freedom to develop and deepen a yoga practice that is intuitive, to free the self, to relearn what you need for your peace, body and spirit.
All too often we are told when, what, where and why to eat, sleep, play / not to play, how you feel / not to feel, to grow up; basically how to lead your life. This begins at an early age in (pre-school/daycares) kindergarten when we’re told when snack is, where to site and to be still. We lose our own sense of who we are, what our own needs are.
Through developing your Personal Yoga Practice your inner voice, feelings, mindfulness come alive. Humans are born aware , meditative and intuitive, as we grow we are talked and told out of what precious beings we began as.
Engage your intuition, uncover your creativity and re-establish your confidence through the sequencing yogasana – postures, healing asanas, pranayama – breathing energy, sadhna – meditation, yoga nada (sound) and mindfulness – releasing who you are.

This retreat is open to beginners and experienced and the playful.
Retreat Includes
Three meals daily, snacks, tea, accommodations – single or shared, tuition and a yoga writing journal.
