Cilica, BA, BSYA
Six Senses Yoga College developed through Cilica’s personal journey to embrace nature and the senses into the context of classical yoga. When yoga comes alive; our mind awakens, we hear and feel our bodies in our ever changing surroundings. It is in the development of our senses that human nature blossoms.
Cilica believes it important that Six Senses Yoga function on a linear rather than hierarchical foundation maintaining closely to Traditional and Modern Indian Yoga, creating a profound link to the original 6,000 years old tradition.
Knowing instinctively to meditate and be in the moment, spirituality is a way of life. It is through continued exploration of yoga asanas, meditation and pranayama that her physical presence becomes inspiring and empowering.
An intuitive instructor, Cilica encourages personal interpretations of postures meditations, and philosophies, while preserving asanas’ alignment and integrity. Her approach is mischievous, encouraging individual body shapes, abilities, and mindsets to simply be. Cilica challenges each participant to see themselves anew, while conscious that each is already perfect.
